This is a fun, colorful multi patterned vintage strapless dress or skirt that we acquired when we bought a high end fashion estate from a woman who regularly traveled around the world in the 1970's and 1980's. She spent a lot of time in Russian and this was paired with a quilted jacket handcrafted by Russian designer Elena Pelevina. This piece doesn't have a label and might have been custom-made by Elena Pelevina for the original owner to wear with the jacket.

Because it has elastic at the top, we think this looks fabulous as a dress and it can be belted or worn as a tent style dress. This can also be a long skirt and paired with other tops you already own! There is a pretty red print ruffle at the bottom and vertical strips of unique fabrics in a variety of colors and patterns. We estimate that this would fit a modern day size Small or 2/4/6 dress or a size S/M/L skirt.

However you decide to wear this unique vintage piece, it will be a really fun addition  that will add interest and style to your wardrobe!
